Dear Family and Friends,
Our Family Conference for last Friday was rescheduled for next Friday, May 30, so I really haven't much to report. I took Kevin earlier this week to pick out new frames which have been sent to the neuro-ophthalmologist in Bakersfield to make his new lenses. Hopefully these will give him a little better depth perception and possibly widen his peripheral vision as well.
Kevin will finish his first semester at Coastline this week. He will have a couple of weeks off before starting the summer semester. Kevin is thinking of taking a math course at Fullerton College next Fall as well as going another semester at Coastline.
We are sensing that Centre for Neuro Skills will be discharging Kevin soon as they have done about everything they can for him. We'll probably hear about that at the May 30th conference. So toward that end, we are looking for a physiatrist in our area who can take over the care of his medical needs.
