Wanted to give you a brief update. We are thrilled to report that Kevin is now home! We were able to bring him home with us Friday evening.
Centre for Neuro Skills has a facility in Encino and Kevin will be an outpatient there starting tomorrow. He will be going every day for therapy for the next two to three weeks. After that he will probably go two to three days a week for however long they feel is necessary. He will be picked up at his apartment and returned home each evening. Worker's Comp. is working out all the details for his continued care such as what therapies and doctors he will need to be lined up with that are closer to his home. Please pray that the best doctors for his continued care can be found that will accept Kevin's Worker's Comp. insurance.
I want to thank you all for your prayers following the loss of my brother, Scott. A very nice Memorial Service was held for him this past Sunday. My older brother, Terry, and my dad are visiting with us until Thursday. I haven't seen either of them for several years so we are having a nice visit in between trying to deal with the loss of Scott as well as take care of Scott's affairs.
